Are you an artist? Do you have artistic works that you have produced that you would like to display on campus?
If so, you are invited to show your artwork in the Academic Staff Art Gallery. The Office of the Secretary of the Academic Staff—located in 270 Bascom—provides a forum to display 2-D artwork created by UW-Madison academic staff. There are three walls in the office that have been prepared to display framed, ready-to-hang 2-D artwork. Art will be on display during either the fall or spring semester and will be given recognition through various campus publications.
If you would like to have your work considered for exhibition in the Office of the Secretary of the Academic Staff, please contact the office at asart@soas.wisc.edu with the following information:
- Your contact information (please indicate your academic staff position on campus)
- A short artistic statement describing your art and creative concerns
- 4-10 images of your work (PNG or JPEG format)
