The Spring 2015 University Roundtable luncheon series has been announced. The series opens with Mark Johnson discussing a near and dear topic to many in Wisconsin: cheese research, as part of his work at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy research. After that, Phil Pellitteri will give the audience a primer on the landscape of Wisconsin insects. Finally, Araceli Alonso will take attendees into the world of healthcare by motorbike, a program that received the United Nations Public Service Award.
