The Dr. P.B. Poorman Award for Outstanding Achievement on Behalf of LGBTQ+ People, is an annual honor given to LGBTQ+ people or their allies who have helped to create a safer and more inclusive climate for LGBTQ+ people. This year there were 13 recipients of the award, one of whom is Jay C. Botsford, Program Coordinator for Transgender Youth Resource Network and Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition, School of Medicine and Public Health at UW-Madison. Congratulations to Jay zir award!
